PET ADMISSION REGULATION
 

In order to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of our guests, your pet's stay is subject to the following rules:

1. Guests with pets must comply with the rules of International and Portuguese Law, including licensing and making themselves accompany all documentation as well as your pet's mandatory vaccination bulletin.

2. Only dogs and cats are accepted, we do not accept other pets.

​

3. Only a maximum of 2 pets are allowed per apartment. Pet fee: 10€/night.

​

4. The guest is responsible for bringing all the necessary utensils for your pet's stay and well-being, such as bed, blanket, food containers and hygiene products / materials. All equipment and utensils in the apartment are intended solely and exclusively for the use of guests.

5. The cleaning of the animal's solid and liquid residues inside the apartment is of the entire to guests responsibility, as well as in outdoor spaces.

​

6. Our hotel reserves the right to request the immediate departure of any animal that exhibits dangerous or unacceptable behavior, such as biting, scratching, barking excessively or any other situation that bothers other guests.

7. Whenever circulating in public areas, all pets must use a leash or be transported on the lap of the owners, except in the case of guide dogs.

​

8. For the safety and comfort of the pet, the Cleaning and Maintenance teams will only enter the apartment if the animal is not present or in case of presence, is properly secured with a leash or other type of device. Daily cleaning of the apartment must be scheduled a priori with the reception.

9. The guest is responsible for the pet and agrees to indemnify any and all claims, losses or damages caused by your pet to Apartamentos Turísticos Borda D'Água or to injured third parties.
