All our customers can access the internal protocol "Clean and Safe". To do this, you must request directly at the reception and/or at the time of booking.

Useful information "Clean and Safe":

• Check in person at the reception of Clube Borda d´Água between 3pm - 7pm;

• Self check in after 7pm;

• 24h period between the departure and arrival of guests;

• External and independent access to each apartment.
